Join Michelle for medication and relaxation with Bowl Meditation. The soothing tones of crystal bowls can help with pain or just help you get into a deep state of relaxation. Call or email to register: 203-630-3939. $20 with registration for the next Meditation which will be held on Friday, January 9th at 5:30 pm.
Join Michelle for Core Stability on Monday's at 6:15pm to help improve your strength, balance and mobility. The class is ongoing, but will break on 12/22 and 12/29. Drop in at any time for $15 or buy a class card for 5 classes for $50 or 11 classes for $100. Class cards do not expire!
