Yoga Class at Diversified P.T.

Diversified Physical Therapy offers several yoga classes taught by certified yoga instructors. You can feel free to drop in to any of the classes. Payments are handled by each individual instructor. Classes are held at 1260 E. Main St., Meriden, 203-630-3939.Kripalu - a gentle to moderate mixed level class that is Kripalu based, taught by Christina. Drop in rate of $14 or pay for the series. Thursdays at 5:00pm. For information on the class call 203-464-2386.
Vinyasa - a beginner to moderate level flow class taught by Dennis on Wednesdays at 7:00pm. $15.00 drop in or $120.00 for the series of 10 classes. For more info on this class call 860-301-8987.
YOGAspirit - a beginner level class that even those who have experience would benefit from. Iyengar based style that emphasizes proper alignment of the spine and pelvis. Taught by Karen on Mondays at 7:30pm. $12.00 drop in or pay for the series, each having a different theme. For more info on this class call 203-237-6661.
Dharma - Level I/II class is a mixture of poses from the level i?ii sequence with pose variations for all skill levels. Tuesdays at 5:00pm and Saturdays at 9:30pm. Drop in rate of $10.00. Basics I or II course is a 6 week course for beginners breaking down the Level I or II sequence pose by pose. $25.00 for the series. Taught by Jeff. For more info on this class call 203-379-7401.
