Dr. Tina Liang has recently joined the staff of the Dental Group of Meriden-Wallingford, announced Dr. Harvey Matloff, owner. Dr. Liang is a graduate of Tufts Dental School of Medicine with a residency completed at Harvard. For 10 yeas, she has been program director of the General Practice Residency Program at Albert Einstein Medical Center. She was also a professor at the University of Pennsylvania in oral medicine, restorative dentistry and dental emergencies. Currently, Dr. Liang is Assistant Professor at the UConn School of Dental Medicine. She is a distinguished member of Phi Beta Kappa, Sigma Xi and Omicon Kappa Epsilon Academy and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Liang has practiced family general dentistry since 1985. Her special areas of interest include cosmetic and implant dentistry as well as the dental management of compromised phobic patients. Dr. Liang is fluent in English, Spanish, Mandarin and Cantonese. The Dental Group of Meriden-Wallingford is located at 298 Broad St., in Meriden.
