Tis the Season for a Senior - Accepting Donations of Gifts Until 12-11

Drop off unwrapped presents at the Meriden Senior Center-Social Services, 22 West Main St Meriden, CT between 8:30am-3:30pm by December 11th

As we know the holidays are quickly approaching and times are quite difficult for many of our seniors. Many of our seniors are alone or don't have families nearby. Senior Citizens are at times isolated during the holiday season. While most holiday gift programs are geared towards children and needy families, there are limited programs that provide gifts specifically for seniors.

Let's bring the Christmas spirit to a senior! Here are some gift ideas: Gift cards, slippers, lotion sets, toiletry kits, blankets, hats, scarves, gloves, games, socks etc.
