Teikyo Post University has announced the promotion of Scott Allen of Meriden to the position of vice president for finance and administration. Mr. Allen started his career at the college in January, 1999 as controller, and was later promoted to associate vice president. He was formerly assistant controller at the University of New Haven, where he received his master's degree in business administration.
