Formerly known as The Colonial Carpet Shop, Inc., and most recently as Colonial Carpet Plus, it offers sales and installation of carpet, sheet vinyl, vinyl composition tile, ceramic & porcelain tile, hardwood, laminate, area rugs, and stair & hallway runners. According to Peter J. Escobar, its President, "the name change was necessary to reflect the company's growth and to offer one-stop-floor-shopping to our customers."The company has served residential and commercial customers in the Central Connecticut area since 1973.
