Westmount, a boutique development firm located in Branford, Connecticut is made up of two companies, Westmount Development Group, LLC and Westmount Management, Inc. Westmount has been in business since 1979 specializing in the creation, revitalization, and management of affordable and market rate housing.  Westmount has a wealth of experience working with municipalities, towns, housing authorities, and private property owners solving complex development issues all while trying to achieve the goals and objectives of all involved.

Westmount and its staff have particular expertise with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, HFA financing, State funding, HUD (Section 8), local PHA's, and private financing.
