 Chamber Ambassadors - Membership Committee Meeting

Description: The Chamber Ambassadors are the Membership Committee. It is an organization of Chamber members who serve existing and new members of the Chamber.

The Ambassadors have traditionally had the role of retaining and increasing membership of the Chamber, and in recent years have been developing a network for welcoming new businesses to the area and thanking businesses that continue their membership on an annual basis.

The Ambassadors Membership Committee meets at 8:30 a.m. on the first Tuesday of each month.

We have partnered with FIT Staffing to offer this roundtable for IT professionals to help foster communication and information sharing among participants. The monthly sessions are designed to provide opportunities to stay abreast of the latest technology issues with presentations and discussions which draw on the resources and knowledge of the group.

 Meriden Historical Society Tag Sale

Description: The Meriden Historical Society will hold a Tag Sale with a rain date of the Saturday following each originally scheduled date. The cost is a $15.00 ($10.00 for members) donation to the Society per set-up. Donations of items to the Society's Table, such as decorative items, collectibles, paintings, photos, jewelry or small household items in working condition, can be dropped off at the Society’s Research center on any Wednesday between 2:00 and 4:30 pm.
